Equipment introduction:
The air separator makes use of different weight and density of materials for screening. Air is used as the separation medium to separate the materials entering the sorter according to their density and particle size under the action of air flow and mechanical vibration. When the material passes through the air separator, the heavy material falls directly through hopper onto the next belt conveyor. Blown up by the air, the light material settles in the sorter chamber onto the light material conveyor.
